• Prices quoted on the website are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of purchase.
• A binding sale is only constituted upon execution of a formal Sales Agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.
• Buyers are advised to conduct independent due diligence, including verification of title documents, before completing any transaction.
• All transactions are governed by applicable Nigerian property law, including the Land Use Act Cap L5 LFN 2004.

• Payment plans, where available, are strictly as agreed in the signed Sales Agreement.
• Failure to meet payment obligations may result in forfeiture of the plot and loss of payments made, as detailed in the Sales Agreement.
• Greens & Acres accepts no responsibility for payments made to unauthorised accounts. Always verify account details directly with our office before making any transfer.

Any discussions regarding potential appreciation in land value are projections only and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of returns. Real estate values are subject to market conditions, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Prospective buyers should seek independent financial advice before investing.
